The Japanese company Aspark announced the start of sales of the Owl hypercar in the USA and Europe – it was introduced back in 2019, but it only came to the start of sales. It is noteworthy that the car is manufactured in Italy at the Manifattura Automobili Torino plant. A total of 50 hypercars will be created, the price of each starting at $ 3.5 million.

The car’s body is built based on carbon fibre monocoque; many of the outer panels are made from the same material. The car also uses active aerodynamics and carbon-ceramic brakes with 10-piston callipers.

What makes Aspark Owl so special? This is dynamics: the car accelerates to 60 mph (96 km / h) in 1.72 seconds. The power plant consists of four electric motors with a total capacity of 2012 hp and is powered by a traction battery with a capacity of 64 kWh. For such a dynamic car with a maximum 400 km / h, the cruising range is not bad – about 450 km (according to the NEDC cycle).
