From the first days of new Apple smartphones, iPhone 12 users have been complaining about a very annoying problem – wireless charging is unstable. It can turn off at the most inopportune moment.

Apple admits an annoying iPhone 12 wireless charging issue

Rebooting the smartphone saves, but only for a while – after a day or two, the problem with disconnecting charging returns. The author of the 9to5Mac resource drew attention to the situation, who himself faced it and found on the network many similar complaints from fellow misfortunes. 

One 9to5Mac reader reported that he could get a response from an Apple official in the online chat support service. An Apple employee confirmed that the company is aware of the problem and is already working on a fix. Based on the employee’s answer, the wireless charging issue will be resolved in an upcoming iOS update.
