The second point – support from Apple
So, today we have already seen that the new iPhone SE shoots in much the same way as the iPhone 8, and it generally works no faster. Only one question remains – autonomy.
Autonomy is almost the only thing where the new iPhone SE is really better than the iPhone 8
We know that the second-generation iPhone SE has a battery of exactly the same capacity as the iPhone 8, they have identical screens, but radically different platforms. In theory, the iPhone SE should show better autonomy. Is this so in practice?
As you can see, this is true. In the battery test of the Geekbench program, the old model scored 1887 points, lasting 3 hours 9 minutes, and the new one – 2515 points, lasting 4 hours 12 minutes.
If we talk about more realistic scenarios, then there is no normal comparison between iPhone SE and iPhone 8, but there is a comparison with other smartphones.
And here we see that the miracle did not happen – Apple’s new product is much inferior to all participants in the test, even behind the iPhone 11 by almost an hour and a half, and OnePlus 8 – the leader of the test – more than doubled the iPhone SE.
