Skywind is a large-scale modification based on The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, which is a remake of the fan-favorite action RPG series The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. The team, which has been working on it for more than one year, has shared a new demo of the gameplay – “Battle in Nchurdamets”.

A year has passed since the last Skywind demo. Seven months ago, the developers also released the latest video diary. According to the team, “The Battle of Nchurdamts” represents the progress made in the design of world regions, sound effects, missions, 2D concepts, 3D modeling, mechanics, weather and atmosphere, voice acting, and much more.

“One of the most exciting things about this video – although it may not seem so exciting right now – is that we’ve finally made it easier to create custom skeletons and creature animations! Our Dwemer spider was the first to use these tools, and it actually uses a different skeleton than the Dwemer spider of Skyrim, ”the developers said. These tools have been around for years and can now be used for new animations of creatures such as guar, kwama, and silt striders.

The Skywind team is currently looking for new volunteers who are willing to invest their time and energy into the project. Specifically, developers need someone with experience in voiceover, a level designer, a programmer, a 3D modeler, and a Creation Kit specialist.
