Belkin has announced another new addition to the Boost Charge product family – a device called the UV Sanitizer + Wireless Charger. It combines the functions of a wireless charging station and a sterilizer.
The solution is made in the form of a case with dimensions of 199 × 118 × 35 mm. The outer surface is a charging pad with Qi technology. You can wirelessly charge smartphones and other gadgets in cases up to 3 mm thick. The declared power is 10 watts.

The interior of the novelty performs the function of disinfection: ultraviolet radiation, it is claimed, destroys up to 99.99% of bacteria. You can place not only smartphones in this disinfecting compartment but also other small items, such as bank cards, keys, jewelry, etc.
It is noted that the device works absolutely silently. After completing the disinfection procedure, the UV source is automatically turned off.
