Buffalo launches $ 99 WSR-3200AX4S Wi-Fi 6 router
Buffalo has unveiled the WSR-3200AX4S router for home and office use: the new product is already available to order in white and black colors for an estimated price of $ 99.
The device complies with Wi-Fi 6, or IEEE 802.11ax standard. Of course, compatibility with previous generations of Wi-Fi technologies, in particular 802.11ac and 802.11n, is realized.
The construction uses four internal antennas. Operation in the 5 and 2.4 GHz frequency bands is supported. In the first case, the data transfer rate reaches 2401 Mbps, in the second – 800 Mbps.
The router is equipped with one Gigabit WAN port and four Gigabit LAN ports. Dimensions are 37.5 x 160 x 160 mm, weight is approximately 390 g.
Implemented OFDMA technology (Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access). It also includes Beamforming tools that help optimize data transfers and more efficient use of wireless bandwidth.
