Martin Kakl, an analyst with the Czech Patria Finance agency, in an interview with the Polish portal Strefainwestorow gave a forecast regarding Cyberpunk 2077 sales.

Kakl believes that the transition to remote work will not affect the release date of the game. There is good reason to believe that a pandemic will positively impact sales.

It is not yet known how many coronaviruses will affect the global economy, but at the moment many people are sitting at home and spending money on games.

If the global economy falls into a recession, then the audience may begin to reduce spending on entertainment, as it will be forced to take care of the most necessary. However, the analyst believes that this will not happen and the sale of Cyberpunk 2077 will be much higher than expected.

His forecast is that in 2020 CD Projekt Red will receive an income of $ 1 billion, including due to higher profits from online purchases.
