Now coins of different blockchains can be changed directly inside the wallet
The Trust Wallet cryptocurrency wallet now integrates the application with the THORChain multi-chain liquidity protocol via the Rune protocol. Now clients will be able to exchange digital assets between different blockchains without commissions. This feature is currently only available for Android devices. iOS support will be coming soon.
Thanks to this innovation, it became possible to make it possible to more easily exchange crypto assets without the need to use special protocols or conduct transactions in fiat currencies. For example, it is now possible to exchange between BTC, ETH, BNB Bep 2 and BUSD Bep 2 directly in the Trust Wallet mobile app. Without the need to use exchanges or crypto exchanges, which often require verification (KYC) procedures and can lead to higher fees.
Users can also exchange between eight blockchains using the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), including Ethereum, BSC, Avalanche, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Gnosis and Fantom. ETH can be exchanged for any ERC-20 standard tokens.
