Dell P3421W concave monitor with UWQHD resolution and 21: 9 aspect ratio

Dell has released a large monitor, the P3421W, built on a high-quality curved IPS panel with a 3800R curvature radius, which is said to improve comfort over extended periods of time.

The novelty has a diagonal of 34 inches. The panel used is UWQHD format with a resolution of 3440 × 1440 pixels and an aspect ratio of 21: 9. Brightness and contrast indicators – 300 cd / m 2 and 1000: 1. The horizontal and vertical viewing angles reach 178 degrees.

The monitor claims 99% coverage of the sRGB color space. The matrix response time is 5 ms, the refresh rate is 60 Hz. The Picture-by-Picture (PBP) and Picture-in-Picture (PIP) functions have been implemented.

The novelty is endowed with an asymmetrical USB Type-C port with the ability to supply up to 65 W of energy: a laptop can be connected to this connector using a single cable. There are also DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 2.0 interfaces, a USB 3.2 Gen1 hub.

The stand makes it possible to adjust the angles of inclination and rotation of the screen, to change its height in relation to the table surface. The KVM switch allows you to use one keyboard and mouse for two different connected computers.
