Zhao Ming, CEO of independent company Honor, posted an open letter to Weibo this week confirming that the company will soon launch its first product after splitting from Huawei.
First images of Honor V40, smartphone already available for pre-order
Now, Chinese sources have published the first images of the Honor V40 smartphone, which do not fully demonstrate the novelty but allow us to draw some conclusions. First, the smartphone screen is curved at the sides, and the curvature is quite noticeable. Secondly, the smartphone is equipped with a dual front camera embedded in the upper left corner of the screen.
Judging by the perforations on the top of the smartphone, there is a grill for the second speaker, that is, the smartphone should receive stereo speakers. The back panel of the smartphone also has a bend at the sides. So far, only the design of the smartphone’s camera remains a secret.
In addition, the Honor V40 has already appeared on the online store JD.com, which offers three models to book: Honor V40, Honor V40 Pro, and Honor V40 Pro +.
The company also plans to release laptops, tablets, routers, smart TVs, wireless headphones, accessories, and various smart home devices. Honor wants to do everything to make the brand even more recognizable in the global market.
