From the creators of The Witcher 3 and Dying Light: The Invincible game based on the novel “Invincible” by Stanislav Lem announced
Krakow studio Starward Industries has announced the sci-fi thriller The Invincible in a retro-futuristic setting. The game is based on Stanislav Lem’s novel “Invincible” and is being developed by former employees of CD Projekt RED ( The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt ) and Techland ( Dying Light ).
In particular, the head of development for The Invincible is the former senior producer of CD Projekt RED Marek Markuszewski. The Starward Industries studio itself consists of 12 employees, behind whom The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Dying Light, Dead Island, and Cyberpunk 2077.
The Invincible takes place on the dangerous planet Regis III, where a scientist on an interplanetary scientific expedition is trying to find the missing crew members. It has advanced space equipment at its disposal, including drones and autonomous robots, but even with it, you will have to use your ingenuity and reflexes to survive. Regis III is full of terrifying mysteries, and the deeper you delve into them, the more you realize that you are not alone here.
The Invincible will launch on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S in 2021.
