16K resolution (or rather an imitation of it) was achieved by setting the resolution to 8K and activating the Frame Scale Mode x2 setting. The user notes that we are not talking about the quality of the graphics at all – he set as his goal just to see how GTA 5 would be “playable” with such settings.
