Honor V40 price leaked shortly before the announcement
Chinese sources have published information that the Honor V40 smartphone will be offered for $ 615 without disclosing the memory amount.
The smartphone has a curved edge screen and has a cutout in the upper left corner to accommodate two image sensors. It is expected to have a 6.72-inch OLED panel and support a 120Hz refresh rate. A fingerprint scanner is built under the surface of the screen.
It will be built based on the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ single-chip system with 5G support. The smartphone will receive 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of UFS 2.1 flash memory. Honor has confirmed that the main image sensor is 50MP.
The Honor V40 is also expected to support 66W wired fast charging and 45W wireless charging. The device will run the Android 11 operating system with its own Magic UI 4.0 user interface.
