HP Specter x360 14 laptop with Intel Tiger Lake processor and 3K OLED screen
HP has unveiled the Specter x360 14 convertible laptop with smart features and long battery life. The novelty will go on sale in November, and the price will start at $ 1200.
The maximum configuration uses an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display with a 100% DCI-P3 color space. Applied 13.5-inch 3K matrix format with a resolution of 3000 × 2000 pixels and a luminance of 400 cd / m 2. Protection against damage is provided by Gorilla Glass.
The touch screen lid can be rotated 360 degrees, transforming a laptop into a tablet. The smart Auto Color function automatically switches between DCI-P3, Adobe RGB, and sRGB color spaces depending on the task at hand.
The basis is the Intel Tiger Lake hardware platform: the most powerful versions are equipped with a Core i7-1165G7 processor with Iris Xe graphics. The volume of LPDDR4x-3200 RAM can be up to 16 GB. Responsible for data storage is a PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD with a capacity of 1 TB. There is also a 32GB Optane module.
The equipment includes Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 wireless adapters, an HP TrueVision 720p webcam, a fingerprint scanner, Thunderbolt 4 and USB 3.1 Type-A interfaces, a Bang & Olufsen audio system with four speakers, and a MicroSD reader.
The battery life, depending on the modification, reaches 17 hours. Smart Sense mode optimizes various system settings based on the conditions of use.
