- 1 cup beetroot, chopped
- 1 cup amla, chopped
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 5-6 mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 cup water
Add chopped beetroot, amla, ginger, and mint leaves in a blender. blend until smooth. Add water, roasted cumin powder, black salt, lemon juice, and honey, and mix again. Strain and serve in a tall glass. Consume immediately.
Spinach and Cucumber juice for weight loss
- 200 grams cucumber
- 50 grams of spinach leaves
- 1/4 inch ginger
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- rock salt, as per taste
