LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Will Offer To Take Control Of About 300 Characters, Including Baba Frick

Dawn McDiarmid, Lead Designer for Central Locations in Traveller’s Tales, in an interview with Official PlayStation Magazine, clarified the number of characters available in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.

Recall that in May 2020, LucasArts Entertainment producer Craig Derrick mentioned that LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will have more than 500 unique characters.

As it turned out from an interview with McDermid, Derrick even downplayed at one time – the LEGO version of the star saga will actually be able to offer over 800 characters, for about 300 of which they will allow you to play.

Separately, McDermid confirmed that Babu Freak, a beloved representative of the undersized Anzellan race from the movie Star Wars: Skywalker, will also be able to control LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. Sunrise”.

“I think fans of the new trilogy will be delighted to know that Babu Frick will become a playable character – probably one of the cutest I’ve ever seen,” GamesRadar reports McDermid as saying.

The developer also confirmed that LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga contains 28 unique locations on 23 planets, a new system of upgrades and quests (both in terms of filling and tracking them).

The release of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is expected this spring on PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Nintendo Switch. The game includes all the episodes of the saga, which can be played in any order.
