Lenovo is preparing a budget smartphone with a triple camera and a 6000 mAh battery
Motorola is preparing to release a new budget smartphone with model number XT2091. It became known that in some markets the device will be sold under the Lenovo brand. The existence of the smartphone has been confirmed by the FCC, ECE, and TUV Rheinland. Thanks to the data submitted for the certification of the device, its battery capacity, charging speed, and rear design have become known.
According to the FCC, the device will receive two model numbers: XT2091-3 and XT2091-8. The first variant will be launched under the Motorola brand, while the second will be marketed as Lenovo. It is assumed that the smartphone will belong to the Moto G9 series. As a reminder, the recently unveiled Moto G9 Play is available in select markets under the name Lenovo K12 Note.
It is assumed that the new device will be named Moto G9 Power. This assumption is based on the fact that the smartphone will be able to boast of a battery with a capacity of 6000 mAh. Lenovo K12 Power may become its second name.
Judging by the render of the back panel of the smartphone published on the FCC website, the Motorola XT2091 will be equipped with a triple camera and a rear fingerprint sensor. It is worth noting that according to the FCC, the device will receive a fast 22.5-watt charge.
