ASUS has announced the TUF Gaming VG259Q, a 24.5-inch FHD (1920 × 1080 pixels) flat IPS panel.

The novelty has a refresh rate of 165 Hz and a response time of 1 ms. It talks about compatibility with NVIDIA G-Sync technology, which helps to increase the smoothness of the gameplay. LMB (Extreme Low Motion Blur) reduces motion blur.

Claimed 72 percent coverage of the NTSC color space. The panel has a brightness of 300 cd / m 2, a contrast ratio of 1000: 1, and a dynamic contrast ratio of 100,000,000: 1. The horizontal and vertical viewing angles reach 178 degrees.

The proprietary set of GamePlus tools is mentioned: a timer, a crosshair, a frame counter, and a picture alignment tool. Flicker-Free and Low Blue Light technologies reduce eye strain during extended gaming sessions.

The stand allows you to use the monitor in landscape and portrait orientations. You can adjust the angles of inclination and rotation of the display, as well as change the height in relation to the table surface.

The arsenal of new items – 2-watt stereo speakers, HDMI 1.4 (× 2) and DisplayPort 1.2 interfaces, 3.5 mm audio jack. No pricing information yet.
