MSI Optix MAG342CQ Concave Gaming Monitor with UWQHD Resolution
MSI has announced the Optix MAG342CQ monitor for gaming desktop applications. The novelty is made on a VA matrix of 34 inches diagonally.
The panel has a concave shape: the radius of curvature is 1500R. This performance provides a complete immersion in the virtual space. Adaptive-Sync helps eliminate screen tearing for smoother gameplay.
The monitor complies with the UWQHD format: the resolution is 3440 × 1440 pixels with an aspect ratio of 21: 9. The horizontal and vertical viewing angles reach 178 degrees.
The display has a brightness of 250 cd / m 2 and high contrast of 4000: 1, while the dynamic contrast of 100,000,000: 1. It claims 89.48 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color space and 112.2 percent coverage of the sRGB space. The response time is 1 ms (MPRT), the refresh rate is 144 Hz.
The novelty is equipped with a DisplayPort 1.2 interface, two HDMI 2.0 connectors, and a standard audio jack. The stand allows you to adjust the tilt and swivel angles of the screen and the height of the table surface.
