Need to wait a little longer: Ubisoft has promised to show “exciting content” on Far Cry 6

Ubisoft is preparing many big games like Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Quarantine and Far Cry 6. But nothing has been heard about the latter for a long time. That could soon change, according to Game Design Director Ted Timmins.

In response to a user’s question on Twitter, Timmins said to wait “a little longer” as the team prepares to show “exciting content” Far Cry 6 was originally slated to launch in February this year, but the shooter was subsequently delayed between April and October 2021. Besides, in Microsoft Store has been specified output of the game on May 26, no additional information has been received from Ubisoft.

Far Cry 6 is an action-adventure first-person shooter set in the fictional tropical land of Yar. The game will tell about the confrontation between the local resistance and the dictator Anton Castillo, to whom the actor Giancarlo Esposito gave his appearance.

Far Cry 6 is being developed for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, and Google Stadia.
