HMD Global is gearing up to launch a new Nokia smartphone, the first official image of which is presented in this post.
Nokia showed a new compact smartphone
The image confirms that this smartphone belongs to the budget category. This is clearly indicated by the outdated design and the screen with a very large top bezel where the front camera is located.
Recently, the Chinese regulator TENAA approved a smartphone with model number Nokia TA-1335 for release. It will presumably be released under the name Nokia C1 Plus. Photos of the smartphone match what we see in the first official image.
The dimensions of the smartphone are 149.1 x 71.2 x 8.75 mm and weigh 122 grams. The phone is expected to come in two colors, navy blue, and champagne. The smartphone will receive a 5.45-inch screen with a resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels with an aspect ratio of 18: 9. It is built around an unknown 1.4GHz SoC and has 2GB of RAM as well as 64GB of flash memory. Android 10 is listed as the operating system, but it’s probably Android 10 Go Edition.
Nokia TA-1335 has a 3MP front camera and a 5MP main camera. The smartphone is equipped with a rechargeable battery with a capacity of 2500 mAh.
The official announcement of the smartphone is expected on December 15th.
