Periscope lenses with optical zoom will appear even in inexpensive Oppo phones

Oppo is going to give a serious rebuff to Redmi Note phones

According to well-known insider Digital Chat Station, Oppo is working on a new line of mid-range phones called PHU110, and the company plans to use periscope telephoto lenses with optical zoom in them. The source believes that Oppo plans to mass-produce such camera modules in mid-range models.

The insider managed to get acquainted with the prototype of a promising model – it has a plastic side frame. That is, we are really talking about an inexpensive phone. It is expected that the PHU110 models will be released as part of the K or Reno series. But it will be next year, and in the near future Oppo plans to release the top Find X6 line .
