Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus processor debuts in July
Well-known blogger Ice universe reports that Qualcomm will officially unveil the Snapdragon 865 Plus product in July. It is this chip that will become the “heart” of many flagship smartphones, the announcement of which will take place in the second half of this year.
Recall that the current Snapdragon 865 chip combines eight Kryo 585 cores with a clock frequency of up to 2.84 GHz and an Adreno 650 graphics accelerator. The core frequency of the Snapdragon 865 Plus, according to available data, will reach 3.09 GHz. Graphics node performance is also likely to improve.
The Snapdragon 865 Plus processor can work in conjunction with an additional 5G modem to provide support for fifth-generation cellular networks.
