SpellForce 3: Fallen God dedicated to trolls released, as well as free multiplayer SpellForce 3: Versus Edition
THQ Nordic and Grimlore Games have unveiled the new Fallen God expansion for SpellForce 3 in June, their mix of real-time strategy and RPG. This standalone expansion, dedicated to the new troll faction, is now out on PC and has a new trailer for the occasion.
SpellForce 3: Fallen God tells the story of a small tribe of nomad trolls aspiring to survive, led by the young leader Akroga. Poachers exterminate them for the sake of fangs, the disease takes the lives of relatives – hope dies away every day. At this moment, a mysterious elf offers to resurrect a fallen deity … To fully immerse yourself in the dark history of all unloved trolls, you will need to know the events of SpellForce 3 or SpellForce 3: Soul Harvest. But we are talking about a full-fledged single-player campaign for about 15 hours.
Players will have to lead the trolls along a thorny path while exploring the secrets of the new mainland Urgent. There are new abilities and branches of the skill tree that provide additional freedom in the development of heroes. As usual, you have to develop the tribe, complete tasks, communicate with key characters, and fight in various corners of the new continent, including mysterious dungeons and dark caves. SpellForce 3: Fallen God on Steam is now on sale for 1160 ₽, Russian localization is promised in the form of subtitles and an interface.
In addition to the new addition, the free multiplayer game SpellForce 3: Versus Edition has also been released – in it you can enter the battlefields of Eo against computer opponents or other players one-on-one, trying out your strategic skills in real-time.
The player gets control of one of the factions at random: orcs, humans, or elves. Each has its own strengths and unique skills. In addition to the multiplayer modes, Versus offers a small single-player scenario “Old Haalayash”, which gives an insight into the story campaigns of SpellForce 3 and its standalone expansions.
