Steam version of Tales from the Borderlands has more than tripled in price since return to sale
Yesterday, February 17th, the Tales from the Borderlands adventure from Telltale Games and 2K Games returned after a long absence. The game is available again for purchase on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. True, it was not without unpleasant surprises – in the Russian-speaking segment of Steam, the project rose in price more than three times.
According to the Steam DB site, Tales from the Borderlands were distributed on the Valve site for 449 rubles before disappearing from the virtual shelves. Now the cost of the full version of the project, which includes five episodes, is 1,429 rubles. The same price is set for the PS4 version of the adventure, and in the Microsoft Store, you will have to pay $ 20 for it.
What’s more curious, the Epic Games Store Tales from the Borderlands is on sale for 449 rubles. This, by the way, violates the Steam policy because the prices for games in the service should not be higher than in other stores. Perhaps the price rise is due to some mistake, and shortly, the price will be adjusted. Or it will be picked up in the Epic Games Store.
