Technical data of new items is still unknown
There are already six full-frame lenses for cameras with Sony E mounts in the Tamron line, but the lens maker is not going to stop there. He published a short video showing the new model – judging by the silhouette, this is a mid-range zoom lens.

Unfortunately, there are no details in the clip, but the company promises that the lens will be released soon.
If you look closely at the image of the upcoming new items, you will notice a switch between the focus and zoom rings. There is such a switch in the Tamron 70–180 mm F2.8 Di III VDX, where it is used to lock focus.
