Tesla has increased the range and improved the dynamics of the electric car Model 3
Tesla has begun accepting orders for the updated Model 3 electric car: improvements primarily affected the power platform. In addition, additional interior and exterior options have appeared.
Perhaps the key change was the increased power reserve. The Standard Range Plus modification is now capable of driving about 420 km on a single charge of the battery pack instead of the previous 400 km.
The Long Range version received an increase of almost 50 km: this electric car will be able to cover a distance of up to 565 km without recharging against 517 km for the previous generation car. Finally, the Performance modification will be able to travel up to 504 km on a single charge (previously – 478 km).
In addition, all Model 3 modifications have become more dynamic. For example, the Performance version reduced the acceleration time from 0 to 100 km / h from 3.2 to 3.1 seconds.
The car has undergone some cosmetic changes. The design of the wheels has been changed to 18 and 19 inches, plus new 20-inch Überturbine wheels have appeared.
Inside, the changes have affected the center console. There is a metal-trimmed steering wheel which is likely heated. As for the cost, it ranges from $ 37,990.
