After a long break, the team of the popular Telegram messenger decided to update the alternative Telegram X client, which was originally used to “test” experimental functions.
The first update of the alternative Telegram X took place in a year
Telegram X hasn’t been updated for almost a year – the last update for the app was released in May 2020. The new beta version of Telegram X, available for download, offers an impressively long list of changes and innovations.
So, the application has the entire last year collection of new emojis (117 in total), support for the system dark theme, statistics for group chats, support for sending files up to 2 GB, support for anonymous admins, video compression before sending and quality selection, post repost counter in channel feed (available to everyone), and much more.
