The Last of Us CEO believes it is more important to create AAA games under new intellectual property than licenses
Recently it became known that Disney has entered into contracts with Bethesda Softworks and Ubisoft. According to the agreements, the first company will release a game about Indiana Jones, and the second will create a project in the Star Wars universe. The announcements of these new products were enthusiastically received by journalist and TGA founder Geoff Keighley. But the head of The Last of Us, Bruce Straley, objected, as he advocates AAA games on new intellectual property.
