Unfortunately, Microsoft is still at the stage of studying the problem and does not offer users any solution to the problem. However, users can download and install another type of driver called PCL6 for their printer so that it will work again, since simply reinstalling the standard driver will not work. Users may also try to remove update KB4557957, but it will also remove all the security patches that it brought.
