The upcoming flagship smartphone OnePlus 8T showed up in the official video
OnePlus plans to unveil the new 8T flagship smartphone at an online event on October 14. However, ahead of the launch, in its typical fashion, OnePlus showed off the final design of the device on video.
The company says the upcoming smartphone will use the fifth generation of its signature glass back with a silky smooth texture. The OnePlus industrial design team reportedly spent over four months working on the rear panel of the device, resulting in a breakthrough by developing a glossy smartphone panel in Aquamarine Green. It consists of seven different layers to produce a unique color with tints of green and blue. The company claims to have used some of the most advanced technology in the industry.
In addition to the design and the new Aquamarine Green color option, OnePlus has also confirmed that the 8T will receive a 120Hz refresh rate screen and support for 65W fast charging. It is also known that the device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor and will receive the main camera with four sensors. Sadly, OnePlus has said it won’t be releasing an advanced version of the flagship smartphone called the 8T Pro.
