Thrustmaster’s Joystick Game Emphasis in The Falconeer Air Action RPG Trailer

Wired Productions and independent developer Tomas Sala have unveiled a new trailer for their aerial action RPG The Falconeer, which will be released November 10 on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and S. This video focuses on joystick control, and more precisely – T.16000M FCS (Flight Control System) from Thrustmaster.

The developers promise that with the help of such flight controllers it will be possible to control the warbird with deadly precision. The trailer shows how the player dodges, dives, and performs other maneuvers, destroying various aerial rivals. While most associate joysticks with starships and fighters, the giant falcon also seems to be able to show the wonders of direct steering.

In the open world, The Falconeer will participate in heavenly battles and explore the mysterious open world of the Great Ursi. The factions wage a never-ending struggle to preserve their past and escape the dire consequences that poison the world from within.

By the way, recently the developer Tomas Sala (Tomas Sala) said that The Falconeer is deeply optimized for the new Xbox consoles. For example, even on Xbox Series S, the action movie will be able to run in 1800p @ 60fps in normal mode and 1080p @ 120fps in performance mode. On Xbox Series X, you can freely count on 4K @ 60fps or 1800p @ 120fps.

The project was originally announced for PC, but later the Xbox One was added to the list of supported ones. The release date is still 2020, and those who wish can add the project to their favorites on the Steam page. System requirements are very modest (Intel Core i3, 4 GB of RAM, GeForce GTX 660 or Radeon HD 6770, 5 GB of disk space), and Russian is declared among the supported languages (in the form of subtitles).

Thomas Sala is an independent developer and co-founder of Little Chicken Game Company. He is best known to the public for his Moonpath to Elsweyr mod series for Skyrim, although he also created projects such as Rekt! (iOS and Switch), SPD (iOS) and TrackLab (PSVR).
