The kickstarter campaign was more than successful
Nubia is close to launching its quirky Nubia Watch internationally. The Kickstarter fundraising campaign has ended with success and the first copies will begin shipping on October 8th.
Unique Nubia Watch with Huge 4-inch Display Goes International
While Kickstarter users will be the first to receive the Nubia Watch outside of China, the company also plans to release the device to the public. The Nubia Watch will hit the shelves in stores worldwide during October.
It will retail for $ 400, while the watch could be ordered through Kickstarter for $ 200. A total of 829 users were invested in the project, the total amount of fees was $ 190,362.
At the moment, the Nubia Watch is available for sale in China through the brand store for $ 220.
Recall that the watch received a curved AMOLED screen with a diagonal of 4.01 inches with a resolution of 960 x 192 pixels. The case is constructed from lightweight aluminum alloy, 316L stainless steel, and biomedical grade ceramic.
