XBOX SERIES X / S AND THE MICROSOFT EVENT OF MARCH WITH ELDEN RING: GREENBERG TURNS OFF THE RUMORS

The manager of the Redmond house explicitly referred to one of the many rumors that are circulating online these days about the possible return to the scene of FromSoftware’s blockbuster souls.

Referring back to a DualShockers article on Microsoft’s “grand maneuvers” with the Xbox and Elden Ring event, Greenberg pointed out as “just to set expectations: this isn’t happening. There are always things we have in the works, but nothing that is destined to arrive shortly and that includes the announcement of video games or world premieres like this (by Elden Ring, ed) .

According to the Microsoft executive, therefore, the American technology giant is not planning any event to be held digitally in the month of March to provide an overview of the next video games arriving on Windows 10 PCs, Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S. In Greenberg’s message, however, no specific mention is made of the rumors relating to the strategies pursued by the Redmond company to organize what, according to journalists such as Paul Thurrott and Jeff Grubb, should be the March show with Microsoft and Bethesda for celebrating the wedding with ZeniMax.
