Confirmed to Android 11 and 6.55 ” screen
A new Xiaomi smartphone under the designation K9 (M2101K9C) has appeared in the database of the Chinese regulator. Judging by the list of characteristics, this number hides the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite.
Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite is aiming for the title of the thinnest smartphone with 5G support. Its thickness is only 6.81 mm
The regulator has also published some characteristics of the model. For example, the dimensions are 160.53 x 75.72 x 6.81 mm. With this thickness, the Mi 11 Lite is one of the thinnest 5G smartphones in the world. In this case, autonomy should not be sacrificed, since the battery capacity is 4150 mAh. Taking into account the rather economical 5-nanometer SoC platform Qualcomm Snapdragon 775G, the autonomy of the device should be no worse than that of the regular Mi 11.
It also follows from the data of the regulator that Mi 11 Lite runs Android 11 (which hardly anyone doubted) and is equipped with a 6.55-inch screen. It will be practically the same screen as in Redmi K40 – Samsung E4, but flat rather than curved as in Mi 11. As for the cost of Mi 11 Lite, we already have a benchmark for the European market .
