Xiaomi released Mi Notebook 14 laptop with Intel Core i5 Comet Lake chip and webcam
The Chinese company Xiaomi has introduced a new model in the Mi Notebook 14 family of portable computers, equipped with a 14-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels.
The heart of the laptop is the Intel Core i5-10210U Comet Lake processor. This chip contains four multithreading cores. The nominal clock speed is 1.6 GHz, the maximum is 4.2 GHz.
Graphics processing, depending on the configuration, is occupied by an integrated Intel UHD accelerator or a discrete video adapter NVIDIA GeForce MX250. The amount of RAM is 8 GB.
Unlike the Mi Notebook 14 portable computers released last year, for which the use of an external webcam is provided, the novelty has a built-in camera: a 720p module is located on the frame above the display. The latter boasts a wide viewing angle – up to 178 degrees.
Responsible for data storage is a 512 GB solid-state drive. The claimed battery life on a single charge of the 46 Wh battery reaches 10 hours. The novelty weighs about one and a half kilograms.
The laptop is running Windows 10. It can be purchased for an approximate price of $ 600.
