Given the price, as well as the fact that Intel has no direct competitor among Intel processors, and any new Core i3 is significantly more expensive, the Ryzen 3 3100 is likely to be a huge success.
In particular, we have already seen that at base frequencies this CPU performs at the level of the more expensive Core i3-10100, and with such overclocking it will clearly be ahead of the Core i3-10300.
