The popular Honda pickup truck in the USA has a new version of TrailSport
Honda introduced the updated Ridgeline 2024 pickup truck to the US market. It has a slightly updated interior and a new TrailSport off-road version.
Honda said the TrailSport is the most off-road version of the Ridgeline ever produced. True, the ground clearance has not changed here, but the shock absorbers have been reconfigured, and General Grabber A/T Sport all-terrain tires have been installed on 18-inch wheels. In general, this is where the list of suspension improvements ends.
3.5-liter V6, 9-speed automatic, all-wheel drive and updated interior. 2024 Honda Ridgeline Unveiled
The 2024 Ridgeline gets a new grille with a mesh pattern, and at the rear, the model name is now printed in large letters along almost the entire length of the cargo door.
The technology remains the same: the 2024 Ridgeline retains all-wheel drive, a 9-speed automatic transmission and a 3.5-liter V6 engine producing 280 hp. The pickup can tow a trailer weighing 2250 kg.
The changes in the interior are not large-scale, but noticeable: the center console with a retractable “lid” has been retired – a traditional armrest, larger cup holders and wireless charging for a smartphone have appeared. The diagonal of the touch screen of the media system (it supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto) has increased to 9 inches, and a 7-inch screen in the instrument cluster is now standard (but the speedometer remains analog).
