Xiaomi has released a new model of its motion sensor. The novelty is called Body Sensor 2S (or Human Sensor 2S) and costs only $10.
As before, in fact, this is just a motion sensor, but its capabilities are very wide due to the fact that it can be integrated into a smart home system and combined with completely different devices.
Human Sensor 2S introduced
The device can give a command to turn on the light when motion is detected, activate the climate system, audio system, mixer, and much more.
The new model looks exactly the same as the previous generation, but, firstly, Xiaomi has significantly increased the sensitivity, and secondly, autonomy has grown from one year to three.
Through a proprietary application, you can adjust the reaction time, choosing between 10, 20 or 30 seconds. Also, the novelty determines the level of illumination, which allows you to add new functions that are not related to movements.
The novelty is paired with other devices via Bluetooth 5.0.
