The aforementioned video contains footage that is stylized as shooting from reconnaissance drones. They contain coordinates, and they are real, not fictional. This feature was noticed by the author of the West Highland Productions YouTube channel. He used the Google Earth service and followed the specified coordinates. This revealed that they were pointing to a point in the northwestern part of Virginia. In the same place, there is a zigzag section of the road, which from above resembles the Roman numeral VI.

It is unlikely that Rockstar accidentally chose these coordinates. Most likely, the studio decided to hint that the hotly anticipated Grand Theft Auto VI is in development. In addition, the creators of GTA use Roman numerals to denote new games in the franchise, at least that was the case with the two previous installments.
