They work on a completely domestic platform
Sber announced the expansion of the line of Sber smart home devices. The company introduced an updated Wi-Fi socket with overvoltage protection, as well as a completely new Zigbee series: a control hub, a scenario button, motion, opening, temperature and humidity sensors. The manufacturer notes that all devices run on a completely Russian “cloud platform” of the Sber smart home.
With the advent of sensors, the Sber smart home will be able to perform a variety of automation scenarios such as climate control, turning on and off household appliances and lighting. The new line has a smart button, motion, opening, temperature and humidity sensors with support for Zigbee 3.0, a modern wireless protocol for connecting smart home devices to each other. Such sensors consume little energy, so they can work for several years without changing the battery. The Sber control hub will link the sensors to the smart home platform.
A Wi-Fi socket, a control hub and various sensors
The updated Sber Wi-Fi socket allows you to remotely control connected devices and link their work with other smart devices, sensors or events. For example, you can plug in a humidifier and set up a scenario so that the humidifier turns on automatically when the humidity in the room falls below 30%. Also, the smart socket protects the connected equipment from increased voltage, and the built-in temperature sensor prevents the socket from overheating.
The recommended retail price of any of the sensors and the smart button is 1590 rubles, the Sber smart hub is 2490 rubles. Also, until September 15, there is an offer: a smart hub as a gift with the purchase of any three Sber sensors. The smart socket will go on sale until the end of August 2023 at a suggested retail price of 1,290 rubles.
