Last December, Toyota announced the second-generation C-HR with the Prologue concept , and now it has unveiled the 2024 Toyota C-HR production model.
It has received a redesigned design but retains common roots with its predecessor, which proved popular in the crowded small crossover segment. Its replacement was designed and engineered in Europe, where the car will be built.

The new C-HR will be available in Europe exclusively with a hybrid powertrain. The 1.8-litre unit and 2-litre plug-in hybrid come with front-wheel drive only, while the 2-litre hybrid comes with optional all-wheel drive. In terms of power, the base 1.8-liter unit develops a total output of 140 hp, the 2-liter unit is characterized by 198 hp, and the older version, the PHEV hybrid, is 223 hp.
The younger version accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 9.9 seconds, and the maximum speed is 170 km / h. The top version has parameters of 7.4 and 180 km / h, respectively. The range on pure electricity is 66 km.
