The smartphone will receive a “Chinese 2K screen of the second generation”
Xiaomi published a teaser image showing all the innovations of the Redmi K70 smartphone. The company focuses on three components: the screen, the single-chip system and the camera.
Xiaomi says that the Redmi K70 will receive a “Chinese 2K screen of the second generation” (according to preliminary data, it will be an OLED TCL C8 display), which will feature a high PWM frequency of 3840 Hz (that is, the display will be virtually flicker-free) and the highest brightness of 4000 cd/ sq.m.

The main sensor of the main camera is a 50-megapixel Light and Shadow Hunter 800 optical format 1/1.55 inches. The module with it will have a lens with an F/1.6 aperture and an optical image stabilization system.
The Redmi K70 hardware platform will be based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, complemented by a number of proprietary performance enhancing technologies.
The Redmi K70 will also receive a side metal frame, an NFC chip, stereo speakers, an IR emitter and a glass back panel with a new texture.
