Ryzen 9 4900H will be available to all manufacturers
Currently, laptops with high-performance Ryzen 4000 processors are already on the market. The oldest available is the 35-watt Ryzen 9 4900HS, designed specifically for Asus. But in general, the Ryzen 9 4900H leads the line – it has a higher frequency, slightly higher TDP and is available to all manufacturers.
AMD’s most powerful mobile processor will hit the market in June
According to a source, mobile PCs with this APU will be released in June this year. That is, for a few more months, the Ryzen 9 4900HS will be AMD’s top mobile processor. The reason for this delay is unclear. Perhaps AMD simply can not provide the necessary volume of production.
Thus, if you really want a laptop on the most powerful AMD mobile processor, then so far you can choose exclusively among Asus laptops.
