Insider Sudhanshu Ambhore has declassified a rather interesting smartphone, Honor X9b. This is a mid-level model with a high-quality display, a design like the Huawei Mate 60 Pro, and a decent-capacity battery. The new product should soon be released in Malaysia; whether it will appear in other countries is still unknown.

An interesting smartphone Honor X9b has been declassified

The Honor X9b is based on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 single-chip system, the software platform is Android 13 with the proprietary MagicOS 7.2 interface. The smartphone will have an AMOLED screen with a diagonal of 6.68 inches, a resolution of 1.5K, and a frame rate of 120 Hz. The maximum brightness will be 1200 cd/sq.m, the PWM adjustment frequency will be 1920 Hz. The fingerprint scanner will be an in-display optical one.

The resolution of the front camera will be 16 megapixels; the main one will have sensors with a resolution of 108, 5, and 2 megapixels. The battery capacity is 5800 mAh, which is why the device can be considered a “long-livers”. The maximum charging power is small by today’s standards – 35 W. This is via a wire, and this model will not support wireless charging.

The insider gives the dimensions and weight of the Honor X9b: 163.6 × 75.5 × 7.98 mm and 185 grams.
