Chinese giant Tencent, known for having stakes in many of the major gaming publishers around the world, appears to be gearing up to enter the game console market.

True, not at home, but portable. The company has recently received a patent PC Video Game Console, which describes a portable game console of the classic form factor for this segment.
The name, as well as one of the buttons, clearly indicate that the device will work under Windows control. You can note the presence of all the necessary controls, including triggers, stereo speakers, as well as ports USB-C, USB and HDMI.
There won’t be a thin console, but that’s okay for this segment. There is no data on the characteristics so far, but Tencent’s choice is not very large: either a Tiger Lake CPU with a top-end G7 graphics core, or a Ryzen 4000 or Ryzen 5000 APU. Of course, the company can choose something else, but today the above options look the most optimal, and almost all new Windows consoles are based on such processors.
Of course, the presence of a patent does not mean anything yet, but, firstly, Tencent is very actively growing in the gaming market, and secondly, the design in this case is not schematic, but drawn in all the small details.
