An interesting video has appeared on the Bashkort Auto YouTube channel demonstrating another problem with the Lada Vesta NG: a completely new car, prepared for delivery to the buyer, did not want to start when pressing the Start-Stop button. More precisely, it started every other time.
The dealer had several of these cars, all new. The car was delivered with discharged batteries, and a version appeared that this was the case. But it turned out that the problem arises in unusual conditions: when Vesta NG is surrounded by other Wests.

As the seller managed to find out, when several Vesta NG are standing next to each other (and this is a typical situation for a dealer), failures occur when starting by pressing the Start-Stop button due to the fact that the cars “communicate” with each other. As soon as the Vesta NG is parked alone, the car starts without problems.
“ AvtoVAZ, please replace this Start-Stop button with a regular ignition key – and that’s it, there won’t be any problems ,” the seller complained.
Previously, there were already complaints about the operation of the Start-Stop button, but we quickly found out that the key must be in a certain place for the system to work. Now another condition for the successful launch of Vesta NG has become known: it is very desirable that there are no other such cars in the immediate vicinity.
