Tempest commissioning planned for 2035
The completely new sixth generation fighters are being worked on not only in Russia and the USA, but also in China and the UK. In the latter case, the work is carried out by the Team Tempest consortium, which includes the UK Department of Defense, BAE Systems, Rolls-Royce, Leonardo and MBDA. And just BAE Systems published a video demonstrating Tempest and a number of its features.
These features include the system of interaction between manned and unmanned combat aircraft. And for the first time, the video shows the engine nozzles with a controlled thrust vector.

The Tempest is scheduled to enter service in 2035 to replace the Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft. However, in 10 years the appearance of the aircraft may change, so the frames shown are clearly not the final version of the fighter.
