According to the company, it will be available in limited numbers and its online booking has started from today. BMW recently announced the launch of 10 special editions of the 50 Jahre.
Apart from this, the company recently launched the BMW M340i xDrive 50 Jahre M Edition for Rs 68.90 lakh (ex-showroom). Let us tell you that BMW had earlier announced that it will launch 10 special cars for India to celebrate 50 years of the BMW M brand.
The BMW M340i xDrive was the first of 10 to be launched in India. It is manufactured locally at the BMW Group Plant in Chennai.
The German luxury carmaker says that the Jahre M gets an updated design and with a top speed of 0-100 kmph in just 4.4 seconds, it is also the fastest car to be produced in the country. The BMW M340i is equipped with a 2,998 cc straight-six petrol engine that releases 387 hp and 500 Nm of maximum torque.
