Huawei unveiled the Chinese version of the Huawei Watch 4 series at the Huawei Summer 2023 Launch Conference today. Unlike the global Huawei Watch 4 and Watch 4 Pro that debuted last week, the Chinese version has a unique feature.
According to the manufacturer, the Chinese version of Huawei Watch 4 and Watch 4 Pro are the world’s first smartwatches with non-invasive blood sugar monitoring. The Chinese also received an expanded “One Minute Health Review” function with a brief summary of the main physical indicators – not seven, but ten parameters are included in the summary.
Chinese Huawei Watch 4 received a unique function
The rest of the hours remain the same. They offer health features such as arterial stiffness, skin temperature, ECG, blood oxygen (SpO2), fall detection, and so on. Both models received 5ATM water protection, GPS, eSIM support, as well as a built-in microphone and speaker for communication.
The Huawei Watch 4 has a 46mm stainless steel case, while the Watch 4 Pro has a 48mm titanium case. They are equipped with a 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED screen. The basic version offers up to 14 days of battery life, while the Pro offers up to 21 days of battery life.
In China, watches are offered in several designs with different cases and bracelets. Prices start at $412 for the Huawei Watch 4 and $483 for the Watch 4 Pro.
